Download software??

You Have to download software to use it. If I have to agree to their privacy and user statement to download software to use the hard drive. I don’t care what anyone says. To me it’s not secure or private.

Good product

Good product.However, I am worried about the jack. It is very sensitive and I have previous experience with the same jack.It became lose and was difficult to connect to the laptop.This hard drive is working well though. So the trick is to ensure the Hard drive does not fall or hit somewhere.
